Kitty Purse

The Kitty Purse is a permanent weapon that has a soft pink and white appearance with bows on it. It has the Hello kitty mascot on it, which is what the purse is based on. When hitting the player with the Kitty Purse, the Kitty Purse will make a shimmer sound. The Kitty Purse itself has glowing heart particles around it, and when hitting a player, it would share those same particles with them.
